Home Inspection for Sellers

If you plan to list your home for sale, a pre-listing inspection is a great investment and there are many advantages to getting ahead of the game by taking care of this step beforehand.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF A SELLER'S INSPECTION?

Seller’s (Pre-listing) Inspections are designed to identify any issues that may be of concern to potential buyers. Benefits of pre-listing inspections include:

  • Make your home memorable by having the inspection report available for prospective buyers to view at showings. This demonstrates transparency and confidence in the home you are selling.

  • Have the ability to make repairs to the home on your terms! Many home inspectors will recommend a qualified professional to repair defects found in the home. If you are handy, you may be able to make those repairs yourself or hire someone on your terms, saving you money. We can even schedule a time to check items that have been repaired to update the home’s report.

  • A buyer may choose to forego their own inspection, speeding up the time until closing.

  • Avoid inspection surprises after going under contract. The buyer is on a deadline to make a decision, and negotiations go back and forth. Give them less reason to withdraw from the contract based on inspection items.

ROOF INSPECTION

Has your roof began to show signs of age and neglect? If so, it is probably time to schedule a professional roofing inspection to avoid expensive repairs or major damage to your property.

WATER QUALITY TEST

There are many substances that can be found in tap water that can be harmful to yourself and your family. Water quality testing is the only way to know what is in your tap water.

MOLD TESTING

Our mold testing procedures involve different ways to detect and identify the types of mold and their levels in order to protect your investment.
